Gifted and talented students engage in research throughout the school year to further their academic knowledge and to develop and foster research skills. Once per semester, Spring ISD students have an opportunity to showcase their research at the district Gifted and Talented Expo. The event provides rigorous, relevant, and challenging experiences for students. It allows for growth in content knowledge and leads to overall confidence. Students develop skills in communication, inquiry, and research. The G/T Expo offers research outside of the traditional curriculum. We are proud that so many students choose to participate in this district event and even more proud of the skills and task commitment demonstrated by our students.
