Need a check-up? The Kelsey Mobile Unit will be onsite from 8 AM to 2:40 PM for annual physicals—most insurance plans cover the exam 100%!

We are excited to offer on-site preventative physicals this year at the 2025 Spring ISD Wellness Fair to help you stay on top of your health and wellness. These physicals are a great way to identify potential health concerns early and are fully covered under most insurance plans.

Before scheduling your appointment, please take the following steps to ensure your visit is covered:

Verify Your Insurance Coverage:

• Check that your medical plan includes Kelsey-Seybold Clinics as in-network providers. (Kelsey-Seybold Clinics ARE in-network with all Spring ISD medical plans.)

Blue Plan Members:

• If you are enrolled in the Spring ISD Blue HMO, confirm that you have selected a Kelsey-Seybold doctor as your Primary Care Physician (PCP). Under this plan, it is required to receive in-network coverage for your physical.

Important Note on Preventative vs. Diagnostic Appointments:

A preventative physical is a routine checkup designed to assess your overall health and is typically covered at no cost under most insurance plans. However, if your provider identifies a health concern during your physical and performs additional tests or services to diagnose or treat the issue, these could be considered diagnostic services, which may result in out-of-pocket costs depending on your insurance plan.
